Variety description

The variety is a compact, erect or spreading shrub, reaching a height of about 2 meters when mature. The leaves are lobed in shape, with serrated edges and a dark green color.
The large nodding flowers are tubular or bell-shaped; their color varies from deep red to orange with dark veins. Flowering is prolonged, covering the summer-autumn period.
The plant is moderately winter hardy, withstanding temperature drops down to -6°C. It requires protection from cold and often needs support to maintain the shape of the bush.
