Variety description

The tree features a straight dominant central leader and a symmetrical narrow-pyramidal crown. A mature plant reaches a height of 12–15 meters and a width of 8–10 meters.
In summer, the leaves are glossy dark green. Flowering occurs in March-April before the leaves appear, with small red flowers.
The variety is adapted to urban conditions, resistant to heat, pests, and diseases, and tolerant to compacted soils. It prefers moist, fertile sites; growth slows down on alkaline soils, and the intensity of autumn coloration decreases.
