Variety description

The plant forms a compact bush 50 to 120 cm in height. Young leaves in spring have a copper-bronze-red color, which changes to dark green by summer; the palmately lobed leaves have a shiny surface. Stems are strong, dark burgundy in color.
Flowers are large, dark blue-violet, helmet-shaped, and gathered in dense vertical inflorescences. Flowering occurs from August to October. The plant is characterized by sturdy stems that do not require support and the ability to withstand frosts down to -40°C.
All parts of the plant are extremely poisonous due to the content of alkaloids, including aconitine. The variety is intended exclusively for use in landscape design and ornamental gardening; it is not suitable for consumption or medical purposes.
