Variety description

10 August 2026

The Alameda line is a cereal crop of the DDRR group, which is a product of intergeneric hybridization between Aegilops (Aegilops tauschii) and rye. This crop is not a pure variety of Aegilops.

The plant was developed for forage purposes. In field trials at a sowing density of 60 kg/ha, the line demonstrated the ability to tiller and form a significant volume of biomass suitable for multi-cut use.
