The plant forms dense clumps with broad, arching, strap-like leaves, the variegation of which is stable and not prone to reversion. Foliage height is about 40 cm; flower stalks reach 70–90 cm in height.
The funnel-shaped flowers are gathered in umbellate inflorescences and bloom from summer to autumn. The variety is evergreen and relatively hardy, however, in cold conditions it requires cover or moving indoors. Compared to other variegated forms, this variety is distinguished by easier propagation.
