The plant is an upright bush 50 to 90 cm in height. The leaves are lanceolate in shape and have a characteristic chartreuse or lime-green hue, emitting an anise-mint aroma when rubbed. Spicate tubular inflorescences bloom from mid-summer to early autumn.
The variety is characterized by lodging resistance and high resistance to powdery mildew. The plant prefers sunny areas with well-drained soils and tolerates water stagnation poorly. As a sterile hybrid, the variety does not produce viable seeds.
Used in ornamental gardening for creating mixed borders and container planting, and also attracts bees and butterflies. The edible leaves and flowers are used in cooking for preparing tea, adding to salads, and garnishing dishes.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
