The variety is a representative of the species Agrimonia procera and is distinguished by an increased content of tannins compared to Agrimonia eupatoria, as well as by a specific chemical profile of these compounds.
Nutrient-rich loamy and loess-loam soils are preferred for cultivating the crop. Sowing is recommended to be carried out in autumn so that seedlings emerge in the spring of the following year, with a target stand density of 12–16 plants per m².
Crop maintenance is predominantly mechanical and is characterized as labor-intensive. Nitrogen top-dressings are carried out taking into account the level of nutrient uptake by the plant.
