The variety is intended for the creation of high-quality turf, including golf courses (greens and tees). It demonstrates high shoot density and leaf fineness characteristic of high-quality turf landscaping and shows stable results in visual assessment.
The plant possesses resistance to diseases, in particular to red thread (Laetisaria fuciformis). The variety is adapted to low mowing with a recommended cutting height in the range of 4–8 mm.
