The plant is an evergreen representative of the species Allamanda cathartica. Depending on growing conditions and the presence of supports, it can develop as a fast-growing vine, reaching several meters in length, or as a shrub with regular formative pruning.
The variety is intended for decorative use as an indoor or container plant, as well as for cultivation in open field conditions in regions with tropical and subtropical climates. The species is thermophilic and does not tolerate temperature drops below 15°C.
