The variety is a mutant form selected from the parental material of Alocasia lauterbachiana and is intended for use as an ornamental indoor plant.
The plant has a shorter habit compared to the parent species. The leaves have a very narrow opening angle of the base ("ears"), and the underside of the mature leaf is colored according to code 137B of the color chart. It differs from the species Alocasia ×amazonica by the absence of variegation.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
