Variety description

The variety is a perennial herbaceous plant with semi-erect or erect stems of elliptical cross-section, colored in medium green. The leaf blades have a brownish-green color on both sides, with the upper side darker than the main leaf color (RHS 147A), and the lower side matching the shade RHS 137B. The leaf margins are wavy, and the midrib on the upper side of the leaf is lighter than the main surface.
The plant has a strong aroma and is characterized by resistance to diseases and pests. The main distinctive feature of the variety, used in the food industry, is the specific cinnamon taste and smell inherent in the leaves. Propagation of the variety is carried out asexually through stem cuttings, which allows for the maintenance of the stability of all morphological traits.
