The Rio variety is a representative of the professional Alstroemeria range for cutting. The productivity of the variety depends on growing conditions, in particular on the soil temperature regime: when maintaining a constant soil temperature at the level of 16°C, productivity indicators may decrease.

Planting material is supplied as meristem cultures, which ensures the absence of viruses and diseases at the beginning of the production cycle. The variety should be distinguished from the compact garden hybrid Inca Rio, intended for container landscaping.
