The Stacova variety is a tall tuberous perennial plant reaching 1.1 meters in height. It has lanceolate dark green leaves and funnel-shaped deep red flowers gathered in umbellate inflorescences. In literature, this variety is synonymous with the variety Margaret.

The plant belongs to ornamental species. It prefers fertile, moist, well-drained soils and can develop in both sun and partial shade. In the first two years after planting, the variety requires mandatory mulching for the winter.

Contact with the plant's tissues can provoke an allergic skin reaction in the form of contact dermatitis.
