Variety Tescleo, known under the trade name Cleo, is a herbaceous tuberous perennial. The plant possesses densely branched stems and lanceolate leaves of dark green color.
The variety is used as a cut flower crop and is also applied in ornamental gardening for cultivation in containers, borders, and mixed borders. The plant attracts pollinators, including bees and butterflies, and is characterized by deer resistance.
