The Anastasia variety belongs to the Belladiva series. The plant forms sturdy, leafless flower stalks 30–60 cm tall and strap-shaped light green leaves that appear simultaneously with flowering. The flowers are large, umbellate, bright pink, and resemble lily-flowered tulips in shape.
Flowering occurs from September to November. The plant is semi-hardy and withstands temperatures down to -10°C, provided there is good soil drainage. The variety possesses resistance to Verticillium wilt and flower stalk lodging.
