Variety description

The plant possesses a compact habit and strong wiry stems. The dark green leaves are palmately lobed with a serrated margin and sparse pubescence on the underside. Large solitary flowers up to 5 cm in diameter are characterized by uneven petal size and the presence of a bright yellow center.
Flowering begins in late summer, from July or August, and continues until October. The variety is suitable for cultivation in containers, for the foreground of borders, and for cutting. It prefers moist, well-drained, and humus-rich soils, and is capable of growing in both shade and sun provided there is sufficient moisture.
Among potential issues, susceptibility to fungal diseases and nematodes is noted, while resistance to Verticillium wilt is indicated. In regions with cold winters, mulching of the root system is required.
