The variety is intended for cultivation to obtain large, fleshy root vegetables. The plant forms a rosette of dark green leaves, and the root vegetables are positioned superficially in the soil, which facilitates harvesting.

The variety is distinguished by the smooth surface of the root vegetables and good taste qualities. Despite general stability, the plant may be affected by some diseases, such as Cercospora leaf spot.
