The variety forms a rosette of woolly, silvery-gray leaves. The plant has an upright or spreading habit, with flowers positioned on long peduncles.
The petals have a light pink color with a characteristic dark brown center. Flowering can last from spring to early autumn; flowers close in cloudy weather and at nighttime.
