Variety description

The variety forms a dense, branched habit in the form of a hemispherical mound 15–46 cm high and 30–51 cm wide. The leaves are lacy, pinnately dissected, with a grayish-green or glaucous-green shade.
The inflorescences are solitary capitula about 3 cm in diameter with a bright yellow central disc and deep red ray florets. Flowering is continuous from late spring until frost; the plant possesses a self-cleaning property regarding faded inflorescences.
The variety is heat and drought tolerant, characterized by low winter hardiness. It is propagated exclusively by vegetative means. Suitable for use in hanging planters, balcony boxes, and as a filler in floral arrangements.
