The variety possesses silvery foliage and simple flowers of a lemon-yellow shade. The plant height is approximately 20 cm (about 8 inches).

The name Lemon Delight is also found in other crops, for example, in Melampodium paludosum, therefore, the species affiliation should be taken into account when studying information about the variety.
