The variety is a representative of the species Argyranthemum frutescens. It is intended for use in ornamental gardening, in particular for planting in pots, containers, on balconies and terraces.

The plant belongs to perennial herbaceous forms or subshrubs. In cold climates, the crop is often grown as an annual, as it is not frost-hardy and requires protection at temperatures below 5°C.
