The plant is a natural hybrid of Asplenium rhizophyllum and Asplenium platyneuron. It is an evergreen fern, the height of which usually varies from 8 to 30 cm.

The fronds have a narrow-lanceolate shape and are often equipped with long pointed tips. In cultivation, the plant requires well-drained soils with a neutral or slightly alkaline reaction, moderate moisture, and shading.

Used for decorative purposes for growing in terrariums, container cultivation, on rock gardens, and in shade gardens.
