The variety belongs to the naked oat type, in which the grain is almost devoid of a hull. The proportion of husks in the grain composition is about 2–3%, which is significantly lower compared to traditional varieties, where this figure reaches 27%.

The biochemical composition of the grain is distinguished by an increased protein content at the level of 15–16% and fat in the range of 7–8%. Due to the absence of heavy husks, the variety's yield in terms of grain mass is lower than that of conventional hulled oat varieties.
