The "Eneko" variety is a spring oat adapted to the climatic conditions of the Waldviertel region. In agronomic trials, the variety demonstrates average resistance to major diseases and lodging with stable yield.

The plant belongs to food-grade varieties. The grain is used in agriculture, as well as in experimental work studying the metabolism of mycotoxins, such as HT-2 and T-2, in cereal crops.
