The variety KROUTOR01, known under the trade name Florencio Orange, is a hybrid of Begonia boliviensis and Begonia tuberhybrida. The plant has an upright or broad-spreading growth habit and good basal branching ability.

Shoots are thin, reddish-brown, and vertically directed. Leaves are dark green. Flowers are large, single, dark orange, positioned above the leaf surface and facing upward. Plant height is characterized as quite low.
