The variety is a hybrid obtained by crossing tuberous begonias (Begonia × tuberhybrida) and Begonia socotrana. The flowers are characterized by a cream color; some descriptions mention a pale pink shade.

During vegetative propagation by leaf cuttings, the variety demonstrates color stability. The plant is well adapted for summer and winter cultivation, is distinguished by good keeping quality in the autumn period, and is used as a pot plant for homes and winter gardens.
