The Record variety is a monoecious vine suitable for cultivation both in the open field and in protected conditions using support systems. At a young age, the fruits have a sweet taste, and as they ripen, they become covered with a natural waxy bloom, which ensures long-term storage.
When mature, the fruit weight can exceed 20 kg, which requires additional fruit support when grown vertically. The variety is intended for fresh consumption, industrial processing, and can also be used as a rootstock for other cucurbit crops.
