The Jara variety is considered as material for cultivation in tropical conditions, in particular, in regions with a semi-arid climate. During comparative trials, the variety demonstrated yield and quality indicators comparable to or exceeding the results of other widely distributed varieties.
An important economic feature of the variety is the low percentage of bolting, which is less than 3–7%.
