The hybrid possesses resistance to stress factors, in particular to bolting, which increases yield potential during early sowing. The variety is characterized by tolerance to beet cyst nematode and resistance to rhizomania.

In comparative trials, sugar beet Jura demonstrated sugar content levels at 17.8%. The variety is a product of professional breeding by SESVanderHave.
