Variety description

The variety has a compact shrubby habit and reaches a height of 1.2–2 meters. The foliage is glossy, pointed, and dark green with yellow variegation. The bracts are colored in an intense pink or crimson shade.
The plant is drought tolerant once established, prefers full sun and well-drained soils. The variety is intended for cultivation in containers, hanging baskets, or as an accent plant in the garden, and requires moving indoors for the winter in cold climates.
