The winter oilseed rape variety Danhal is used in research aimed at studying the technological aspects of seed processing. In particular, it was used in experiments to assess energy consumption during the operation of screw presses for oil extraction and in studies of the dynamics of changes in the acid value of fat during seed storage.
This variety is also used in biotechnology, where it serves as one of the genotypes for conducting laboratory experiments on the study of callus tissue morphogenesis in vitro.
