Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is intended for grazing sheep, dairy and beef cattle. It is used both for finishing when sown in spring and for providing a feed base in the autumn-winter period when sown in summer or early autumn.

The maturity period until the first grazing is about 90–100 days. The plant is characterized by an intermediate height type. A unique feature is the low dry matter content in the stem, which makes it soft, easily breakable, and attractive to animals, ensuring minimal waste during grazing.

The variety has a high yield and the ability to regrow after grazing, which allows it to be used for multiple grazing cycles. It is distinguished by excellent tolerance to aphids, which reduces the need for insecticides. During flowering, it differs from traditional varieties by the pale yellow color of the flowers.
