The winter oilseed rape hybrid Bluestar is a product of Syngenta breeding. Information attributing this variety to Limagrain is erroneous, as it is not included in the portfolio of that breeding company.
In agronomic studies, this hybrid is considered as a separate object for comparison. A distinguishing characteristic of Bluestar is the absence of genetic resistance to Turnip yellows virus.
