The variety is a canola type with low erucic acid and glucosinolate content, making it suitable for food use. DH technology was used during the breeding process.
The plant has a mid-season maturity and is characterized by very good lodging resistance. Increased resistance to phoma stem canker caused by the fungus Leptosphaeria maculans has been noted.
