The variety Diadem is officially registered in the registers of a number of European countries as an oilseed crop intended for the production of seeds and oil. In various regional documents, it is mentioned as a winter or spring form of rapeseed.
Detailed morphological and agronomic characteristics of the variety are absent in open sources. In scientific papers of the 1990s, the variety was used as a standard for comparative trials when studying adaptability, yield, and when conducting breeding by the mutagenesis method.
