The Dinosaur (or Dino) variety is a type of kale. Characteristic features are long, dark green, heavily blistered leaves, the texture of which resembles dinosaur skin, which gave the variety its name.
The plant reaches a height of 60–90 cm. It is used as a food crop in fresh form, as well as for making soups and vegetable chips.
