The variety was developed based on a haploid plant discovered in the Canadian variety «Oro», with the subsequent application of the doubled haploid method. This served as an important stage in the development of biotechnological breeding methods for agricultural crops.
The plant belongs to the spring rapeseed group. The yield of the variety exceeded the indicators of the original form by 11% in oil output. The variety is self-fertile and possesses nectaries that attract insect pollinators, which contributes to more effective pollination under field conditions.
