Hunivers is the first winter oilseed rape hybrid variety introduced by KWS Momont for the UK market. The crop belongs to the hybrid (H) type.
During agronomic trials, the variety was classified as having moderate resistance to phoma stem canker caused by the fungi Leptosphaeria maculans and L. biglobosa. Field observations of infection levels did not reveal significant deviations in disease severity for this variety.
