The Norde variety was bred in Sweden and is known in scientific literature as an important genetic resource used to create new rapeseed varieties through crossing.
Currently, the variety is considered obsolete; therefore, detailed agronomic characteristics, such as yield or disease resistance, are not provided in current sources. It should be distinguished from the Russian winter rapeseed variety Nord.
