The variety is intended for livestock farming and is used as nutritious feed for dairy cattle, beef breeds, and sheep. It is characterized by rapid growth with the formation of a dense leaf canopy and reaches a height of about 80–100 cm.
The variety is winter hardy and suitable for use throughout the season. When sown in May, it is ready for grazing in 10–12 weeks and also has the ability to regenerate and regrow after the first grazing cycle when sown in May and June.
