The variety is mid-season, with a period from sowing to harvest of 70 to 100 days. The plants are medium-sized, reaching a height of 45–60 cm.

The heads are dense and compact, having a characteristic light-green color. The produce has a delicate texture and a mild, sweetish taste with less bitterness than traditional white varieties.

The variety possesses resistance to unfavorable climatic conditions and is used for various types of culinary processing, including frying, boiling, and steaming.
