The variety belongs to the species Brassica oleracea L., group Botrytis. It is officially approved for use in the production of cauliflower within the protected geographical indication Coliflor de Calahorra in Spain.

The plant possesses characteristics suitable for obtaining produce of Extra and I classes. The heads of the variety are distinguished by high density with an index of more than 0.5, the absence of graininess, and a white or creamy-white color.
