The variety is open-pollinated (samenfest) and is a population variety, not a hybrid. Its development was carried out as part of a project to create varieties adapted for organic and ecological farming, which excludes the use of hybrids obtained by cell fusion methods.

The plant is intended for both professional and amateur vegetable growing. The main breeding objectives were to obtain white heads of medium size, ensure their uniform ripening, and maintain good taste qualities when grown under ecological farming conditions.
