The European hybrid SW Edelweis is recorded in official vegetable crop catalogs as cauliflower. Detailed agronomic characteristics of this variety are not presented in public reference data; information is limited to the fact of its registration.

The Russian hybrid Эдельвейс F1 is a mid-early variety with a vegetation period of 100–110 days. Its heads reach a mass of 0.8–1 kg and have a loose structure, which allows them to easily break apart into florets during culinary processing.
