Fiordoro F1 is a mid-season hybrid of cauliflower belonging to the orange type. From transplanting to harvest, it takes from 105 to 110 days.

The plant has medium growth vigor and good leaf coverage of the head. The curd has a spherical shape, a deep orange color, and is characterized by high texture quality. The hybrid is recommended for autumn harvesting.
