The variety is a traditional local type from the municipality of Alcúdia. The plant has a not-too-vigorous habit and forms white heads, which possess high organoleptic qualities.
Seeds are sown from June to July, and seedling transplanting is carried out from July to mid-August. The recommended planting pattern is 50 cm between plants and from 80 to 100 cm between rows. Harvesting is carried out in mid-October.
The variety is adapted to local climatic conditions and is distinguished by good drought tolerance.
