The variety Pilgrim belongs to the winter (overwintering) types of cauliflower. It is intended for sowing in the summer period, usually from April to June, with the goal of the plants overwintering in field conditions and subsequent harvesting of an early crop in the spring.

The plant reaches a height of about 60 cm with a leaf spread of up to 75 cm. The variety forms compact, creamy-white heads characterized by high product quality.
