The variety belongs to the Romanesco type and is intended for professional vegetable production. The vegetation period is from 75 to 80 days from the moment of transplanting.

The plant forms a dense, dome-shaped head that has the coloration characteristic of this type — yellow-green. In the manufacturer's materials, the variety is also mentioned under the name «Romanesco ottobrino-Tiberio».
