The variety belongs to the Savoy Cabbage Group and is the earliest variety among Milan-type cabbages. The plant is characterized by the presence of crinkled leaves and a short stem.
The variety forms a compact, uniform head. Sowing dates fall between February–April or June–August, and harvesting is possible 4–5 months after sowing. The variety has a synonymic relationship with «Siete semanas pequeña».
