The variety is the earliest in the Kalettes series. The ripening period is from 15 to 19 weeks, with the start of harvest occurring in October. The crop possesses high cold hardiness and is capable of withstanding short-term frosts.
The produce is suitable for various methods of culinary processing, including stir-frying, roasting, steaming, and use in fresh form for salads.
